We discovered at 10am on a Sunday morning that one of our major heating units wasn’t working. We called the emergency number and the technician called back five minutes later. He arrived at our house 20 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately he had the parts required to fix the problem at the shop. He left to get them, came back and fixed the heater.Really outstanding emergency service!

Bob Cermignano and his crew are exceptional. We have an old older home with a complicated heating system. When our old system died we called Bob Cermignano. Bob took the time to measure our house's heating needs, pick the appropriate furnace and install it. Bob made sure to check in on his crew during the installation process to make sure it was all going according to plan. Bob is honest, reliable and reputable. Today [11/19/2024], Bob’s crew conducted the annual Winter maintenance program. As always, you never know anyone was here. Always, all is done perfectly by very classy people.
