There was a minor service issue with the HVAC condensation line. Bryan, the service tech, was able to identify & rectify the problem in an expeditious manner. He made sure the system was functioning properly upon completion.
Technician who did annual maintenance on a high-efficiency gas boiler was excellent - explained and showed poor status of the gaskets on my unit (probably never replaced by previous HVAC co.) and performed all necessary work. Pleasant, efficient, neat. Glad I switched to Cermignano - saved me from a potentially dangerous and expensive situation!
Excellent on time service with technicians who really seem to know their stuff. I have a steam radiator system which few companies have expertise in. Cermignano has expertise in steam too. Very happy with this company.

Dan and Jim were great,they methodically eliminated each loop until the leak was isolated and we fixed the burst pipe and they figured out the rest,nice job!
