Technician who did annual maintenance on a high-efficiency gas boiler was excellent - explained and showed poor status of the gaskets on my unit (probably never replaced by previous HVAC co.) and performed all necessary work. Pleasant, efficient, neat. Glad I switched to Cermignano - saved me from a potentially dangerous and expensive situation!

We discovered at 10am on a Sunday morning that one of our major heating units wasn’t working. We called the emergency number and the technician called back five minutes later. He arrived at our house 20 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately he had the parts required to fix the problem at the shop. He left to get them, came back and fixed the heater. Really outstanding emergency service!

Best service call I've ever had. Our A/C stopped working on a hot summer day. I called and received a service appointment the same day. Jim B and Nick were awesome and on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They diagnosed the problem, explained what happened and how they would correct it. They also discussed the cost before proceeding.
