2/10/2025 Leaving a review regarding re recent steam system problems. Discovered 2 separate leaks below radiators on second floor, one leaking into garage ceiling and another into dining room ceiling. The office responded quickly and Jim and Kevin showed up the day of my call, did exploratory work to identify the problems and assessed potential for more damage. Company carpenter cleanly opened up dining room ceiling for more exploration and Jim identified problem there. He accessed and fixed both leaks and will return tomorrow to reinstall remaining radiator and finish out the job. Can’t say enough about Jim, especially. He has been professional, knowledgeable and patient answering my many questions. He continues to do the little things to keep the work areas clean and orderly and is great at keeping me informed. He is a great asset and a good representative for the company. Over time I have remained happy to be a customer.
Rich worked hard to get me emergency service on a crazy day. Joe came and did a patch to hold me over and then came back next day to replace a section of steam line so the heat is again good to go. Glad I am a service customer.
Very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Took time to explain his work and educate me as to ongoing maintenance that I could be doing to extend the life of our heating and air conditioning system.

Dan and Jim were great,they methodically eliminated each loop until the leak was isolated and we fixed the burst pipe and they figured out the rest,nice job!
There was a minor service issue with the HVAC condensation line. Bryan, the service tech, was able to identify & rectify the problem in an expeditious manner. He made sure the system was functioning properly upon completion.
Technician who did annual maintenance on a high-efficiency gas boiler was excellent - explained and showed poor status of the gaskets on my unit (probably never replaced by previous HVAC co.) and performed all necessary work. Pleasant, efficient, neat. Glad I switched to Cermignano - saved me from a potentially dangerous and expensive situation!
Excellent on time service with technicians who really seem to know their stuff. I have a steam radiator system which few companies have expertise in. Cermignano has expertise in steam too. Very happy with this company.
