I called the office this morning at 8 AM because I had no heat, and by 2 PM their service tech Bryan was at my door. Bryan diagnosed the problem, did a quick fix and will return tomorrow with the part I need. Very professional and knowledgeable!

We have a 70 year old furnace and called on a Friday morning when it wouldn’t stay lit. They were able to send someone out that same day and fixed it! Dan was extremely knowledgeable about this old gravity furnace and I’m thankful for the excellent service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The firm was here recently to do some service. The thermostat then went blank on a cold day right before Christmas a few days later.. They came the same day. I left a message on their emergency repair line which was great. Turned out to be a humidifier pipe. Had gotten knocked loose. Probably by some other workmen in the basement. A five minute repair that we were very glad to have doneWould be helpful if they called on another line besides the repairman’s cell phone. Since that number wasn’t listed in my contacts, it didn’t ring on the phone and there was no callback number listed. Fortunately, it all worked out.

This is my second time using Bob Cermignano. The techs text you when they are on their way and show up when they say they will. Also great turnaround time - I called yesterday afternoon and they were here today. He was very professional and gave me some very helpful recommendations. It is easy and convenient to maintain your yearly contract,which is reasonably priced. Scheduled appointments for maintenance are based off your preference, verified by phone and a text the day of appointment. The technician, Dionte was courteous, informative in answering my questions , and made sure the system was running properly.

The installation had a few hiccups, though not technically the fault of the installer. The system that was installed, had some internal defects, specifically furnace exhaust system leaks. It took a few tries to get it fixed.
