Our ac system was installed by different company 3 yrs ago and unfortunately it had broken down over the 4th of July holiday. When I called around to get it fixed Bob Cermignano’s service manager (Rich) sent a service technician (Joe) out the same day and he traced the refrigerant leak to the evaporator coil which was under warranty. Rich also was kind enough to offer ac window units which helped us immensely while we waited for the coil to arrive. The service technician (Joe) was very knowledgeable, efficient and worked hard to get the system running as quickly as possible. Also we want to give a shoutout to Kathy who was very responsive to all of our questions. We are highly satisfied with Bob Cermignano HVAC for their fabulous customer service and care as well as their expert ac repair.
The service team showed up on time, 100% thorough in performing a complex annual servicing of our high efficiency hybrid boiler and spent time educating me on how to better understand and maintain the system. Great locally owned company that I have enjoyed doing business with for the last several years.

Quick, efficient, knowledgable service. Also found an unrelated problem that needed rapid intervention during an emergency call for AC problems.
