The installation had a few hiccups, though not technically the fault of the installer. The system that was installed, had some internal defects, specifically furnace exhaust system leaks. It took a few tries to get it fixed.
Always a good experience. Scheduling is easy. Communication with the office ( Kathy ) while and subsequent to making the appointment is tremendous; via text and phone. Dan (Tech ) is courteous and efficient. I suspect that I could be paying less for the service; but feel confident that I am being treated fairly and professionally by Bob and his team. I will continue to recommend Bob Cermignano to all who ask me for an HVAC referral.
Our ac system was installed by different company 3 yrs ago and unfortunately it had broken down over the 4th of July holiday. When I called around to get it fixed Bob Cermignano’s service manager (Rich) sent a service technician (Joe) out the same day and he traced the refrigerant leak to the evaporator coil which was under warranty. Rich also was kind enough to offer ac window units which helped us immensely while we waited for the coil to arrive. The service technician (Joe) was very knowledgeable, efficient and worked hard to get the system running as quickly as possible. Also we want to give a shoutout to Kathy who was very responsive to all of our questions. We are highly satisfied with Bob Cermignano HVAC for their fabulous customer service and care as well as their expert ac repair.
Bryan took care of the issue right away and explained it all as he went. He did a thorough job and all is well. It is a pleasure to have him in our home.
This local, family-run business cares about its employees and customers. They provide excellent service, communicate frequently, and follow through on their commitments and promises. Frank alerted me that he would be a couple of minutes delayed due to traffic. Once here, he was courteous and efficient. He checked all of the systems and changed the filter. When finished, he went over the invoice with me.

I have been doing business with Bob Cermignano for almost 30 years. Everyone, from Bob, to his technicians, to his office staff, have always been professional and accommodating. I am delighted with our new heating/air conditioning units, which, at Bob's recommendation, they updated for me a few years ago. I got rebates for the efficiency, and am saving a lot on my gas and electric bills! I just had maintenance performed yesterday by John D. He was in and out in an hour, left everything in order, and a detailed explanation of what was done. I couldn't be happier with the company.

The Air conditioning units were serviced on Monday 7/3 seviceman told us everything was good. Then on Saturday 7/8 the unit for the first floor was not cooling. We had an emergency seviceman come over around 3PM and found out there was no freon in the unit because of a leak, but nothing he could do. It is the second time that the same serviceman on 7/3 did the service and we have a problem after the completion of the service. Last time was the second floor unit leaking coil. i believe the same problem is for the first floor unit. a leaking coil. We expect a prompt call on Monday to expedite necessary repairs.We have a lond customer relationship with the Bob Cermignano orgaization so expect to be serviced timely.Andreas EconomouP.S. Heat went out on Easter Saturday. Called the emergency number at 1118 hrs. Kevin called at 1221 hrs. and arrived at 1304 hrs.Replaced two parts and the heat is back on. Kudos to Kevin and Bob Cermignano A/C and Heating.
Today is Good Friday. This morning, we found that the expansion tank for one of my two water heaters has been leaking water through its pressure indicator. The leak did not stop even after we turn off the water to the water heater. There was a puddle of water around the water heaters in the basement. We panically called BC for help and hoped for the best. Surprisingly, we were told 10 minutes later that Jim, the service technician, will be available in an hour. Jim came and replaced the expansion tank within 30 minutes. We are thankful of BC's quick response on a public holiday.Jim was pleasant, polite, and efficient. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are happy. We had been a BC customer for years and will not hesitate to use BC again in the future if problem arises.
I don't even think I hung up the phone when Joe showed up to fix our heater! Very prompt- explained to me why one of our zones wasn't working and was able to fix it quickly. Great work!
