22 stars not 5, if your looking for hvac in this area there is NO ONE better to call... period End of discussion!!Normal people get 2-3 estimates, I got 12. I am overly cautious but I do my research. I am very protective of my wife in case something happened to me and for something major to be done to house it needed it to be the best! The only guy who really knows what he is talking about, the only guy who took real measurements and carefully considered what to install. That being said if slick sales guy from other companies pulls out a pre printed “ good, better, best” sales sheet show them the door and call Bob! There is also something to think about after booking the Job I did not consider. Having strange guys in your house for 2 days with a very pretty wife at home. Bob only hires the best install guys who are professional and trust worthy which is also something to strongly think about which I did not …as careful as I am. I get zero out of posting this, you can benefit from my 3 months of research and 12 estimates that I picked the very best HVAC company period. He wasn’t the cheapest and I think the cheaper ones low balled me and on one case they said it was 16 seer but after closer look it was 13 seer so their price was an actual lie. Bob was importantly not the most expensive either. I feel like a got a great value with more than fair pricing. Plus if you choose cheaper it may cost you more in the long run! If you look at reviews from across the countryside, most of the newer equipment is pretty comparable but who installs it matters more! The best equipment improperly installed will not last as long as it should and will cost you in multiple repair visits or worse a re-install. You can trust Bob that it is the right equipment for your home that it is installed correctly and that it is priced fairly. Plus seriously you really want to take a chance with something that could literally destroy your home to save a little money? I would not take that chance with the life of my family! We have gas furnace and complete A/C installed and going with Bob was best decision have ever made! It saved money over the long run and short run! Save yourself the time that I wasted and just call Bob Cermignano and know that your making the right choice!Update 8/26/24 Bob was busy so had a different well known company starts with “S”do a tune up… they… didn’t tune up tried to sell me instead….so Bob Cermignano company came out and fixed their mistakes…. I should not write the best review ever for the only HVAC company you should ever use or trust as they might be too busy again…just plan better and make an appointment… it will save you lots of time and money to use the best for sales, service, or installations. As an overseas military veteran I recognize quality. The plain truth is they have the fairest prices for quality work, hire only nice kind competent people and really are just the best value!!!

Bob’s 2 technicians were at my house from 8AM to little after 2PM to replace parts which were under warranty in 2 mini split AC units. They had to take down both inside units and disassemble them and do outside work even on the 2nd floor and go up on the ladder! I’ve been using Bob Cermignano AC & Heating Inc for years and they are always on time and provide excellent service!

Best service call I've ever had. Our A/C stopped working on a hot summer day. I called and received a service appointment the same day. Jim B and Nick were awesome and on time.
