It was an urgent call to my daughter's day care center for a no heat problem. I contacted Bob Cermignano A/C and Heating Co.. Quick response, Technician Joe C. responded, first time at the center he surveyed the problem, made repairs, had parts needed on his truck. It was a bad time at the end of the day when parents were picking up their children. He was understanding, polite and knew what he was doing, made the necessary repairs and got the heating system back on line. Definitely a excellent company to deal with and definitely a fine tech.

This is the second time I have used Cermignano Heating and I can't say enough positive things about them. I first used Cermignano Heating to install a new steam boiler in my house back in 2012, and their work was impeccable, with the boiler performing flawlessly after it was installed, with the work done in a highly professional manner, and with the price very reasonable with respect to the competition. About seven years later, I needed to have some maintenance / repair work carried out on the boiler, in an emergency type situation in the midst of winter. Cermignano did not disappoint, but completed the work in extremely timely fashion and at a very fair price. Without their immediate and quick support, I could have been in a very bad situation in the middle of winter, but Cermignano bailed me out. I feel that Cermignano offers prompt, outstanding, service and support, and is a very dependable company with integrity that will do everything possible to provide you with the service you need to keep your heating system in optimal condition at a fair price. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our HVAC system broke over the Labor Day weekend. I called Tuesday morning and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. The service pro was prompt and pleasant. He did a quick check of the system, located the problem, and replaced the part all within 30 minutes. I love these guys. They come when they are called and fix things cheaply. AND they put in air conditioning in my 100+ year old house without it being visible anywhere. We had lots of others who said that it couldn't be done. They are fab.
